Practical details.

What does the €300 package include?

Listing Check includes an Airbnb SEO review, photo and profile assessment, a mini competitor analysis with recommendations for your listing, property-specific prioritised improvements, a new title and opening paragraph, plus a 45-minute message consultation.

What is included in the mini competitor analysis?

We review a focused selection of relevant nearby listings and compare their positioning, first images, copy, visible amenities and value signals. You receive a concise snapshot and practical recommendations for your own listing. Stay Refresh includes a broader, more detailed competitor analysis.

Delivery and revisions

Listing Check is normally delivered within 7 working days and Stay Refresh within 10 working days. Listing packages include one consolidated revision round.

How does the consultation work?

The 45-minute consultation takes place through WhatsApp or email. You can use written messages or voice notes, ask focused questions after delivery and keep the answers for future reference. Stay Refresh includes 30 days of follow-up support by WhatsApp or email.

Can you update the listing?

Yes. Approved photo order, copy and relevant listing settings can be implemented within the selected service.

Do you need access to my Airbnb account?

Not for the audit or recommendations. Temporary secure access is only needed if you ask us to publish approved changes, and it can be removed immediately afterwards.

Can the audit be completed remotely?

Yes. Listing services are remote. Space Upgrade can use photographs, video and a host interview, while production and Mystery Guest services require an agreed visit.

What is quoted separately?

Prices are shown in euros. Travel, accommodation, purchases, renovation, permits and location-specific production costs are confirmed before work begins.
